Mad Queen – By Farnaz karimi<\/p>\n
This work was presented at The Pulchri Studio during an international art exhibition. This event was organized by Mythra Gallery and was named: “Putting color on the face of the world<\/em>“. The Persian\/Dutch author Koushyar Parsi honored me by describing the above painting as follows:<\/p>\n Translated from Persian to English<\/p>\n The woman in this potrayal by Farnaz Karimi is both attacking and defending at the same time.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0She is herself and nobody can succeed her.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Indeed there is something to defend, but she wants to be heard.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0The woman is on her way, filled with femininity, wearing high heels and a dress like a Cancan dancer. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0But there is more to her than her femininity.<\/span><\/span>That thing is life and the goddess is putting good and evil in her dominion. \nHer precense is felt and she is here.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0With her imagination she never deviates from her path.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0She masks herself with her movement.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0The woman cannot be in the reality of every day life.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Circumstances have forced her to turn the pressure laying on her shoulder, into self-confidence.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0On first glance this grotesque scene may apear threatening, but the viewer does not know if the godess is fighing against good or fighing against evil.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0It is an example of a life in the midst of everything that is and everything that shall be.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Her inner thoughts are engraved in her skin, in other words she is how she appears.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
